There’s probably not a more popular place for tenants looking at Colts Neck rentals then considering The Grande. The Grande at Colts Neck is a sub-division just off Route 537 and Hunt Road on the Freehold Township border.

The Grande community offers a playground, an in-ground pool, sidewalks (yes, sidewalks! Not too many streets in Colts Neck possess sidewalks). Some of the Grande “streets” are like mini U-shaped turnabouts with seven to eight houses that border the lane. Other avenues are longer, arranged like regular suburban lanes.

The challenge to renting in the Grande at Colts Neck is availability. For the last three years I can find only one rental per year. Here’s the data from the local MLS:

Tenants renting in the Grande pay the utilities like water, electric, gas and sewer. Each tenancy is a private negotiation; there may be an additional addendum between tenant and landlord.
